The next day I dropped my laptop off and he said he could try a few things but it may not work, but he tried anyways. He did not charge me at all for this and was extremely kind and helpful. "I couldn't ask for a better service than what Sami offers with his professionalism and courtesy. My laptop was frozen for more than 15 minutes and I didn't know what the problem was, until he fixed it and showed it to me specifically. He answered all my questions without patronizing me, and he explained the pros and cons of each decision in detail. I called two other services before him, one was not reachable and the other asked me to wait for their call back. Only Sami picked up my call instantly and offered to fix my laptop urgently. Since the issue was very simple to solve, he even let me dictate my own quote so I was happy to pay him what he deserved for his excellent communication, fast turnaround time, and helpful explanations. I know who to go to next time I have a problem with my laptop for sure!"

I thought my old computer was completely finished but Sami was not only able to fix it, but completely improved the performance of my computer. It used to take 5 min to open and now it doesn’t even take 30 seconds.

After 12 months of constant problems with NBN connection Sami reviewed and corrected reception which included loss of internet and very slow speeds .Sami was very prompt in the process and followed up by phone to ensure no further problems . "I dropped off my computer and in 30 mins he had already fixed it. Great quick service! He was also extremely helpful in fixing my pc, and when it was all fixed, he drove my pc to me.
